Hi, I'm Diana Bird,
I’m a Neuro Emotional Rewiring Coach, dedicated to helping people break free from cycles of overwhelm, panic and dread and release the weight of stress in their lives.
Through deep, transformative 1:1 work, I guide my clients toward greater resilience, emotional freedom, and lasting inner strength.
But this work isn’t just what I do—it’s what changed me.
For years, I battled deep anxiety, chronic overwhelm, and the terrifying frustration of feeling trapped.
I could see my own emotional struggles mirroring in my children, shaping their experiences and affecting the harmony of our family life. I knew I needed radical change - but everything I had tried only provided temporary relief.
Then I discovered Neuro Emotional Rewiring, and everything shifted.
This wasn’t just about managing stress; it was about rewiring my nervous system at the deepest level. As I healed, I saw my family transform alongside me—simply through the ripple effect of my own emotional shifts.
Today, I no longer feel at the mercy of my emotions. I have a deep well of inner strength, peace, and resilience to navigate life’s challenges. And the most powerful part? I’ve been able to pass these tools on to my children, equipping them with emotional intelligence and self-trust for life.
